Quick help
- Forgot password
- Automatic password recovery is not available yet. Send us a request with your account e-mail and we will help you.
- Finding a trainer
- Search for a trainer by name in the app and send a request. You can have one active trainer at a time.
- Health Connect
- Manage the connection and permissions in the app settings and in Health Connect on your phone.
- Wear OS watch
- Make sure the phone and watch apps are signed in to the same account and the watch is paired with your phone.
My data
You can download and delete your data yourself in the app:
- Download your data: Settings → Download my data
- Delete account: Settings → Delete account
- Other requests (rectification, restriction, objection): e-mail us.
